Ingredients
45mls silver tequila
15mls Cointreau
15mls Agave syrup
15mls Dirty olive brine
45mls lime juice
Flaky salt
Glassware: Tumbler
Method
1. Salt rim glass using a lime wedge and flaky sea salt.
2. In a cocktail shaker add enough ice to fill the tumbler before adding all of the ingredients.
3. Shake vigorously before turning entire contents of shaker into the glass.
4. Serve with Dirty salsa
Note – if sour notes are preferred use half measure agave syrup.
