1 tsp white pepper
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes of tabasco sauce
15ml Dirty olive brine
1 tsp horseradish
Flaky salt & ground pepper
Lemon wedge, celery, bacon, jalapeño, etc to garnish.
Salt rim glass of choice.
Add all ingredients, except the tomato juice and salt and pepper to a shaker and fill with ice.
Add to glass and top with tomato juice – season with salt and pepper according to taste. Garnish with anything you fancy.
Note – if not using a hurricane glass, you could divide this mixture into two glasses and top with juice according to the glass size. If so, omit ice from the shaker and just add to the glass before adding the Bloody Mary mixture and juice.
